Here's a delicious alternative to traditional burgers for those who have #foodsensitivities!

Our paleo platery tuna cakes can be reheated on the BBQ in a cast iron pan, in an air fryer, microwave, or oven. Wrap in butter lettuce or green Boston live lettuce with your favourite toppings.

Ingredients:
For each burger you will need:
1 paleo platery tuna cake (available in a meal or in a 4 pack
2 large butter lettuce leaves or green Boston live lettuce leaves

Toppings such as:
thinly sliced purple onion
Fresh Forage microgreens - we love the red radish variety!
thinly sliced radishes
Ferment for You sauerkraut - we love the garlic dill variety
paleo mayonnaise 
super simple "tartar sauce"

Directions:
Reheat precooked tuna cakes on bbq (use a pan as they are quite fragile), in microwave, oven, air fryer, or hot logic.

Place 1 lettuce leaf on plate and top with a tuna cake.

Layer toppings as desired.

Wrap second lettuce leaf around the entire burger, securing with bamboo pick if necessary. Enjoy!
