The AIP diet focuses on eliminating foods that people are commonly sensitive to, in order to lower overall inflammation. The AIP diet is a like an extreme version of the Paleo diet which addresses underlying inflammation stemming from the gut. Inflammation can be a major source of aggravation for those living with an autoimmune disease. Our menu selections do not contain gluten, grains, eggs, nuts, seeds, refined vegetable oils, soy, dairy, refined sugar, legumes, or artificial sweeteners such as stevia.
