Dreaming of a chocolate chip cookie but can't tolerate cocoa? We have the answer! We make our own compliant carob chunks using coconut manna, organic roasted carob, and maple syrup. We take those chunks and then add them to our gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and egg free cookie base. The cookies are baked until they are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Fully AIP compliant. We are excited to offer our items in eco-friendly, recyclable, and biodegradable containers. Our bakery trays are also compostable. The Mylar® film is made of 65 percent recycled material. The Mylar® film has been tested for food safety and does not contain BPA or common food allergens.
