We also have our whipped cheesecake available in an 8 inch size. There is nothing else quite like this cheesecake. It is completely dairy free and gluten free and fully AIP compliant. The tanginess in the filling is perfected by including Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar from Prairie Oils and Vinegars.
