Q: What is paleo platery?
The paleo platery is a frozen meal delivery service in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada specializing in paleo and autoimmune protocol (AIP) selections. We aim to provide those who eat with food restrictions an easy way to fill their freezers with compliant meals and treats. Living with food restrictions is hard. Let us help you enjoy food again.
Most of our selections are AIP which means they do not contain gluten, grains, eggs, nuts, industrial seed oils, soy, dairy, refined sugar, peanuts, legumes, and artificial sweeteners such as stevia. Some of our selections do include nightshades (such as peppers) and seeds (such as cumin) and our paleo BBQ sauce also contains mustard but these items are clearly marked on the menu so that you can avoid them if they have not been successfully reintroduced. Q: How do I place an order?
A: Here are the 3 steps to placing an order online:
1. On our website (www.paleoplatery.ca) you can search for a variety of menu options and filter by your dietary preference or need:
When you find an item you would like, press the "Add to Cart" button.
2. When you have made all your selections, press the "Check Out" or shopping cart icon and make your purchase online.
3. You will receive an email from us when your items have been packed up to schedule a convenient delivery or pick up time.
Q: How large are your meals?
A: Our meals are a generous single serving.
However, feedback from our customers suggested that some of the selections were too large to consume in one meal. We decided to offer some of them in full size and individual size to give options for those with smaller appetites.

Q: Do you have to place a minimum order?
A: No, you do not have to place a minimum order.
You are welcome to order as many selections as you desire.
Orders over $125 are delivered free within Winnipeg.
Q: Can I pick up to save the shipping fee?
A: Yes! If you would like to pick up your order at our warehouse, use promo code 313DAYPICKUP to save the shipping fee.
Q: Are your meals in stock or do I have to preorder them?
A: If you can add an item to your cart, then it is currently in stock and ready to be packed up for you. Usually orders can be filled within 24 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be delivered or picked up.
Occasionally, we will open preorders for some items before we head to the commercial kitchen to ensure people are able to have the items they want. Follow us on Instagram
