Our mouth-watering gravy is thickened with arrowroot flour so it's completely gluten-free and totally AIP compliant. This gravy would be delicious on our beef rolls cordon blue, poured over our cauliflower/parsnip mash, or our roasted garlic cauliflower/parsnip mash.
We pack our gravy in fiber bowls that are made from surplus sugarcane and wheat straw agricultural fiber so they are 100% compostable. They contain no plastic or wax lining and are microwave and freezer safe. Are wheat straw containers gluten free? Yes. (read more about it here)
